If you believe that there is content on the auxiek platform or its linked platforms that infringes your intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, trademarks, etc.), you may file a formal complaint via our dedicated IP complaint email: service@mail.auxiek.com.

II. Information Required for a Formal Complaint

To ensure efficient handling, your complaint materials must include the following complete information:

Handwritten or electronic signature of the intellectual property rights owner or their authorized agent;

Detailed proof of the infringed intellectual property rights (including registration number and country of registration, if applicable);

Accurate location of the allegedly infringing content (specify its exact position on the website/application and provide sufficient details to facilitate locating the content);

For design infringement: Clearly identify the allegedly infringing design and provide the design registration number;

For utility model infringement: Explain the content of the utility model you claim has been infringed, and provide the court order or judgment supporting your claim;

Your complete information: Company name, affiliated organization (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and email address;

Statement: You sincerely believe that the use of the allegedly infringing content has not been authorized by the intellectual property rights owner, their agent, or permitted by law;

Warranty statement: Ensure that the information in your complaint is true and accurate, that you are the intellectual property rights owner or an authorized representative thereof, and that you are willing to bear the liability for perjury resulting from false statements.

III. Handling Measures After Receiving a Complaint

After receiving a compliant complaint that meets the requirements, we reserve the right to take the following measures:

Delete or block the allegedly infringing content;

Remove all links pointing to the infringing content;

Notify the alleged infringer of the handling measures we have taken;

Terminate access to and use of auxiek services for any user/third party that repeatedly infringes auxiek's or others' intellectual property rights (or take other measures as stipulated in our Terms of Service or policies).

IV. Copyright Ownership Statement

auxiek and its affiliated companies own all intellectual property rights and other rights, ownership, and interests related to the auxiek website and relevant mobile applications (including but not limited to the copyright of the website and relevant mobile applications, and the intellectual property rights of the technology used to provide you with the services available on the website and relevant mobile applications). These copyrights and intellectual property rights are strictly protected by international and national laws.
