Return & Exchange Policy

I. Eligibility for 7-Day Return & Exchange

Within 7 days from the date of product sale (based on your actual receipt date), you may apply for return or exchange if the following conditions are met:
 
  1. The product itself has quality defects;
  2. The product is damaged during transportation;
  3. Incorrect delivery (the received product does not match the ordered product), and the product does not affect secondary sales.

II. Ineligibility for 7-Day No-Reason Return & Exchange

The 7-day no-reason return & exchange policy does not apply to the following cases:
 
  1. Personalized/customized products;
  2. Used products (electronic products are deemed used once powered on);
  3. Appearance wear on the product, its functional parts, or accessories;
  4. Loss or severe damage to the product’s outer packaging (excluding unpacking for inspection), which actually affects secondary sales;
  5. Products that are not suitable for return due to their nature, and you confirmed that returns are not supported at the time of purchase;
  6. Other circumstances where the product is in poor condition and affects secondary sales.

III. Return & Exchange Application Process

(1) Return & Exchange Due to Personal Reasons

  1. Time Limit: Within 7 days of receipt, and the product does not affect secondary sales;
  2. Application: Send an email to the After-Sales Service Center;
  3. Processing: After-sales customer service will accept the application within 1-3 working days;
  4. Shipping Fee: Borne by you.

(2) Return & Exchange Due to Quality Reasons

  1. Time Limit: Within 7 days of receipt;
  2. Application: Send an email to the After-Sales Service Center at service@mail.auxiek.com;
  3. Processing: After-sales customer service will accept the application within 1-3 working days;
  4. Shipping Fee: Borne by the Company.

(3) Return Logistics & Refund

  1. Logistics: Within 7 days of receipt, directly contact the courier company to return the product;
  2. Refund Notification: After the courier company receives the returned product, it will notify the Company of relevant refund matters;
  3. Refund Timeframe: The Company will complete the refund process within 15 working days after confirming receipt of the returned product.

When applying, please provide the following to the 24/7 online customer service: order number, full name, contact phone number, and reason for return.
