I. Basic Terms
- Thank you for visiting our website. Your access to and use of this website and related services shall be deemed as your full reading, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms of Service and all relevant rules of the website.
- This Agreement does not establish any special relationship (such as partnership, cooperation, or employment) between you and the Company, nor does it grant you any authority to act on behalf of the Company.

III. Product and Pricing Rules
(1) Product Descriptions
The Company shall make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product descriptions, but does not guarantee their absolute correctness. If a product is inconsistent with its description, please follow the return and refund procedures.
(2) Pricing and Order Price Correction
- Except for obvious pricing errors, orders will be confirmed and accepted at the price displayed on the website upon completion of payment.
- The Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors: If there is a pricing error for the product you ordered, the Company will notify you promptly, and you may choose to reconfirm or cancel the order. If the Company cannot contact you, the order will be automatically canceled.
IV. Order Acceptance Rules
- After you submit an order, the Company will send an email to confirm order receipt (this email does not represent order acceptance). Only when the Company sends a shipment confirmation email will the order be officially accepted, and the contract between you and the Company will be established (the scope of the contract shall be based on the products listed in the shipment confirmation email).
- The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept orders, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock, removed from sale for failing to meet quality standards, or subject to shipping restrictions;
- There is an error in pricing or product description;
- Payment authorization cannot be obtained;
- You do not meet the purchase eligibility specified in these Terms.
- If there is any problem with the order, the customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.
V. Delivery and Sign-In Specifications
- After placing an order, you will receive a reminder of the estimated delivery time. The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time, but does not guarantee delivery within the specified time period.
- Orders are insured by the Company during transportation (until sign-in). You shall sign for the goods on the spot and check: the integrity of the outer packaging, and whether the quantity of goods matches the order; you may refuse to accept goods with damaged outer box seals.
- Proxy sign-in (including sign-in for gifts) shall be deemed valid delivery. After sign-in, the responsibility for the goods shall be transferred to you.
- The Company may update the delivery policy independently without prior notice.
VI. Return and Refund Policy
- No-Reason Return/Refund: Within 7 days of purchase, you may apply for a full refund if you are not satisfied with the product (subject to the following conditions).
- Return/Refund Requirements:
- The product has not been worn/used and remains in its original condition;
- The original packaging and hang tags are intact, and the return application form is attached (if lost, you may contact customer service to obtain an electronic version).
- The shipping cost for returns shall be borne by you.
VII. Limitation of Liability
- Opinions expressed by third parties and their affiliates on the website are solely personal opinions and do not represent the Company’s position. The Company shall not be liable for such opinions.
- The Company does not guarantee that the website and services are free of errors or that the servers are free of viruses. It is recommended that you install the latest anti-virus software and other protective tools.
- For events beyond the Company’s reasonable control (such as severe weather), the Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain services but shall not be liable for failing to fulfill the obligations specified in these Terms.
